All transactions are handled securely by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store) under their respective terms and policies. Unwind Games does not process or store any payment or billing information.
Unwind Games is not responsible for issues arising from app store payment processing delays, failures, declined transactions, or refund disputes handled by those third-party platforms. In case of such issues, users must contact the respective platform’s support directly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item or feature at any time without liability.
6. Account & Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, assets, and code in our games and website are owned by Unwind Games Private Limited or its licensors. Trademarks, logos, and art assets may not be used without prior written consent.
